My favorite “Mommy Moment” yet happened last month while we were at a golfing range - just the three of us (My husband, Max, me and my little boy, Wells.)
The evening started with Max hitting golf balls first...
When he was finished with his round, he turned around to find Wells like this...
My heart was so full by my sweet little boy not wanting to let go of my face. Then, I turned to look at him and he did this...
The first official and intentional kiss from my little boy! It was so special and so precious!
Such a special moment that I kind of forgot about wanting to play golf and was more interested in cuddling with my little one!

I have two daughters, ages 12 and 16, and I still have Mommy Moments. With my younger daughter, it happens in church when she chooses to sit next to me instead of her friends, and snuggles in close so I can put my arm around her. The Mommy Moments are different with a teen, but I can still find them...like when you hear her sing a solo on stage in front of an audience for the first time, and it's a song you introduced her to many years ago...
